She also includes brief descriptions of the Archangels and information about how to best work with the journeys. Two meditations, approximately 20 minutes each. MONTHLY CLASS: HERB PILLOWS FOR MUSCLES, EYES, HEADACHES AND SLEEP Wednesday, March 19th@ 7:00 pm Use herb filled pillows to soothe those aching muscles, ease sore eyes and headaches, and lull you with sweet dreams into a restorative sleep! Class discussion will focus on which herbs to use for each specific pillow. Each attendee will make two herb pillows to take home. Class fee: $20.00 all materials included. Reservations required. Class will focus on the use of three Reiki symbols used for distance healing and strengthening/focusing Reiki energy. Students will recieve a Level II Reiki attunement which will enable them to give distance Reiki treatments. In order to take this class, you must have a Level I Reiki degree.
