HEALTHY HERBS - TROPICAL FRUIT HERB TEA This flavorful herb tea is not only
refreshing, but healthy too! Mix 1 tablespoon each
hibiscus
flowers
(high in vitamin C and antioxidants, it is said to lower blood
pressure),
mint
leaves
(good for the digestion and energy),
lemongrass
(eases anxiety). Add to 2 quarts almost boiling water; steep 20 minutes.
Strain out herbs and place in a large jar. Add 1/2 cup chopped pineapple;
2 sliced oranges; 1 sliced papaya; and 1 sliced mango. Cover the jar and
let refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled, with or without fruit.
